Waitlist information will be provided beforehand. Client can proceed to do the payment if they still wish to continue the commission.
Down Payment 50%/full after request confirmed to guarantee a slot.
Remaining payment (if there’s any) should be paid after the commissioned piece is completed in order to receive the JPG/PNG file.
Payment USD via Paypal (invoice) or IDR via Gopay (QRIS)/BCA. Additional tax of 5% will be included for payment via Paypal.
Hit and run = blocklist + called out publicly.
No refund after payment unless the artist has personal circumstances which preventing them from completing the commission.
If client disappear mid-project for a long time period (no response for 2 weeks or more) & want to continue the project, client is required to pay the DP fee again. Initial DP will be forfeited, no refund.

Artist has the right to refuse/decline commission request without having to provide any explanation.
Please provide clear brief/reference. Preferably in the format of picture, but it’s also fine otherwise as long as it’s communicated well.
Default canvas size will be 1500 x 1500 pixel, 300dpi, RGB. Final result will be delivered in the format of JPG/PNG via email/gdrive.
Commission process between 3 - 14 work days, starting from the same day the sketch is being worked on. Client will be informed.

Process might takes longer due to complicity, waitlist, revisions, longer discussion duration, and or halted communication.
If there’s no response from client for 3 days after follow up, artist is allowed to push back client’s queue.
Free 2x revisions (major during sketch/minor after sketch) revision fee will be charged otherwise.
Additional details will be charged.
Client may not share WIP/unfinished commission without the artist’s consent.
Non-consensual disclosure of conversation between client & artist is strictly prohibited unless client/artist breach the ToS.
Do not edit, plagiarize, use artist’s art for AI training, and or NFT. If any of these happened, client will be called out. Client will also be revoked of all rights & license immediately.

Copyright/credit/ownership of the art belongs to the artist. Client will be allowed to duplicate/commercialize under specified ToS (usage license).
Artist has the right to post the commission result to social media and portfolio unless client requested it to be private beforehand.
The character represented in commission belongs to the original creator respectively.
Client may share the completed commission under the condition that they credit the artist by mention/tag & include in the poster (if it’s part of an event).
credit is mandatory regardless license agreement, whether it’s personal use/commercial use/NDA.
